How It Works

A transparent 6-step journey from your brief to MRN delivery

  1. 01

    Share your movement

Send us cargo, route and transport-mode details through the contact form, email or a dedicated API/EDI feed for repeat lanes.

  2. 02

    We map the right declaration

Our team decides whether the movement needs an ENS, an EXS, or both — and calculates the correct cut-off against the transport mode.

  3. 03

    Data is validated and enriched

We check commodity codes, EORI numbers, consignor / consignee identifiers and routing, then enrich any gaps with you before submission.

  4. 04

    Declaration is filed with HMRC

The ENS or EXS is lodged on the HMRC S&S GB service against the correct deadline. We monitor the acknowledgement and retain the audit trail.

  5. 05

    You receive the MRN

Your Movement Reference Number is sent to you as soon as it is returned, ready for the carrier or customs broker at the border.

  6. 06

    Amendments if anything changes

Swapped trailer, changed route, corrected commodity code? We file amendments on live movements, usually within minutes.
